This course will teach you the knowledge and skills required to make clear and conscious decisions about cloud technologies You will learn to understand what cloud computing means from a business and technical perspective by evaluating business use cases, and also to comprehend what is involved with using the cloud and the financial impact of deploying to and governing the cloud. You can also take this course to prepare for the CompTIA Cloud Essentials+ certification examination.

Course Objectives

Upon the completion of the course, the learner would be able to:

1. Support customers to solve common cloud technical issues by using cloud technology standard guidelines.

2. Demonstrate various aspects of Cloud Technology by showcasing the range of technical products and service solutions required by the customer.

3. Document customer’s cloud technical requirements complete with the financial expenditures.

4. Shortlist potential Cloud-related products and service solutions to meet customer needs.

5. Communicate effectively the technical aspects, usage, and functions of cloud operations to customers.

6. Support sale of cloud services based on the Service Level Agreement and Cloud Governance.

Pre-requisitess

Demographics:

· Age: Minimum 18 years old.

Working Experience:

· Recommended to have at least 6 months of working experience in an IT environment.

Education:

· Minimum: GCE O Levels

· Language: Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 5 (WPLN: Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading, and Numeracy at ESS level 5 or equivalent to Upper Secondary Level of English and Mathematics).
